Q: About DHL,FedEx,UPS Delivery:

A: The price don't include any custom duty, or any commission charged by dhl,FedEx,or UPS for custom clearance or warehouse storage cost.

If you choice DHL ,FedEx,or UPS delivery, Please verify your address if any remote cost. If it's remote,then you need to pay for the remote cost.

Leave your name,detail address,include city,street,postal code correctly. If need to modify these info, DHL ,FedEx,or UPS will be charge other fee.

Q: About Customs duty:

A: Dear customer, please choose EU or RU Warehouse, there is no tax to be paid, but, ship from China according to the rule, buyers have the duty to clear the custom and get the parcel. If the buyer do not do custom clearance, the goods would be destroyed, then we are not responsible for this.

If you need invoice, please contact us and provide your email address, then we will send it for you.

Q: About Battery:

A: Due to the air-shipping safety regulations,we are not allowed to send battery by most of expresses.
